Privacy Policy

UNLTD Travel and Tours Inc. and its affiliates (also collectively referred as “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us”) established this Data Privacy Policy to show that we recognize and value your privacy rights.

This Data Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information we collect on the websites, applications and points of contact listed below (collectively, the “Sites”):

 

PROCESSING OF INFORMATION BY THIRD PARTY AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This Data Privacy Policy shall not apply to third party service providers and to other websites which has white label link to our Sites. The processing of your Personal Information in the third party’s Sites is subject to their respective Data Privacy Policy. In no event will the Company be responsible for the information these third parties will collect and process, neither will the Company be liable for any loss, damage or injury coming out of or in connection with the use of or dependence on such third party.

  • Your dietary requirements and health issues or medical information which you have voluntary provided to us in connection with your use of our products and services
  • And such other additional information that will be required in relation your purchase or use of our products and services

 

If the Personal Information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in giving the consent required under this Data Privacy Policy. Furthermore, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in correcting any information given to us and/or informing us should the information be disregarded or deleted.

 

If you provide us or our service providers with Personal Information of other people in connection with the products and services we offer, you hereby state that you have the authority to represent the aforementioned people and have secured their consent to permit us to use their information in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy.

  • To ensure the safety and security of all the guests travelling with us, including investigating security and other screening issues;
  • To conduct marketing activities such as sending emails and SMS, for our products and services, or products and services of third parties
  • To conduct market research and other scientific research to improve our products, services and marketing activities, and to generate consumer insights from said researches which may include combining Personal Information from third parties or public sources;
  • To maintain records and comply with our legal obligations, including laws relating to safety, security, immigration, customs and border security;
  • To support customer issues including resolving and providing assistance in case of any untoward incidences during our tours, or responding to inquiries, requests, or investigations; and
  • To support any other situations not mentioned above where your Personal Information is necessary for the provision of your travel and tours.

 

TO WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In compliance with this Data Privacy Policy, your Personal Information may be shared to third parties in connection with the sale and provision of our travel and tours, including: airlines, land and sea transportation services, tour operators, hotel partners, airport lounge operations, marketing services, customer service and market research services, billing support services, information technology services such as data storage, website maintenance, processing systems, communication networks, software and system development, maintenance and support, and legal services in case of investigation or security incidents.

 

In compliance with our legal obligations under the law and to various law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and governments around the world and their service providers for security, customs and immigration purposes, we will disclose your Personal Information upon the request of the respective authorized officers.

We have established appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Information provided to us. We use several security methods including secure servers, firewalls and encryption in safeguarding the storage of data.
